- Disposal fees: $57.56/Ton, minimum fee
for all vehicles $7.50
- Boats must arrive at the
landfill prior to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Advanced notice is required.
- Boats must be inspected prior to
acceptance at the landfill.
- The inspector is not responsible for any
damages to the trailer during the boat's removal.
- Remove from boat and drain all fluids.
Dispose of fluids at an approved collection facility.
- Fuel tanks must be removed, drained and
crushed, or holes drilled into them, according to FDEP
regulations.
- Batteries must be removed (and disposed
of at a battery recycler).
- Bring a 10-foot rope or chain to help
remove the boat from the trailer. Trailers can be left at
the landfill.
